Las Vegas Review-Journal: Storm Area 51 still affects tiny Nevada town a year later

When you read this story you have to shake your head and wonder. I mean, who would cry that they lost $200,000 (which seems to grow in amount with each time she is interviewed) yet say they want to do it again? As for bringing out the "ugly" in people, she needs to look in the mirror. She is the only one that benefited from this event. From what she charged to camp or rent spots for RV parking along with the food, she made money.

The customers continued to roll in well after this event....even during the mandated shut down due to Covid-19. Make no mistake, the locals were not frequenting the Inn during Covid....it was folks from out of town, which means they could very well bring the virus to Rachel.

And getting back to Alienstock....she brought the "ugly" to the small community who only wanted to be left alone. And she went so far as to advertise another event for 2020 before she even knew if she would get a permit. She left the event posted online up until very close to the date it would have happened.

Of course there were folks who came to Rachel hoping for another party. Some of them even invaded our privacy by taking pictures of our property from just inside our property line. The harassment tactic was an attempt to get footage for someone's twitter or youtube account I am sure. We have not doubt that the location of our home was provided by someone who wanted to keep the "ugliness" going. Nice job neighbor! Your true colors will out you every time.
