01/17/2020: Per the agenda a "Resolution proclaiming the non support of an Area 51 Event for 2020" will be voted on in the 01/22/2020 Commissioners Meeting; No Alienstock 2020, mission accomplished! After spending over $250,000 of Lincoln County resident's tax dollars on the 2019 event the county will not waste any more money on a repeat event.

01/17/2020: According to the meeting minutes the Lincoln County Commissioners voted in their Jan 6, 2020 meeting "to draft a resolution citing that the Commission does not support a 2020 Area 51 special event". Just say you were wrong to approve the 2019 events and a 2020 event will not be permitted.

01/11/2020: According to an article in the Lincoln County Record (which is not yet online) the Lincoln County Commissioners voted unanimously to not support a 2020 Area 51 event. NO ALIENSTOCK 2020. Mission accomplished
